Concrete results: MEDUSA Toolkit (WP2), Digital Ecosystem (WP3), National blended training pilots (WP4) with microcredentials. This objective is linked to the priorities 'Increasing the flexibility of opportunities in VET' and 'Diversity and Inclusion': this is a highly topical issue at national and European level, as sexist coverage in the media reinforces patterns of thinking linked to patriarchal gender roles. OB1 is also linked to the priority 'Adapting VET to the labour market' as the journalism profession is highly diverse and fragmented across Europe, and MEDUSA will contribute to the formation of a unified European reference framework.<\/p> <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n

The analyses included in this proposal show that the problem of misleading and sexist narratives is widespread globally and in almost every European country. It is crucial to create training tools for professionals that can be used and applied across borders.<\/p> <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n

This objective is linked to the priorities \"Adapting VET to labour market needs\" and \"Increasing the flexibility of opportunities in VET\": the project will develop a blended VET training programme, which includes learning both in person and via a digital app, as well as on-the-job training, promoting continuous training and improving the employability of the professionals involved. The programme is flexible and customisable, and the skills acquired will be recognised at European level through micro-credentials. OB3 is also linked to the priority 'Diversity and Inclusion' as the digital platform on the app will be accessible to a wide audience and, thanks to the use of video and audio, also to visually impaired or deaf people.<\/p> <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n
